If you don't mind, please file a log running your application with DCOM98,
too, so that the wine devs can quickly compare both cases. And console output
for both cases may be helpful.

OK.  Have attached two more traces.  (Containing all console output, too, or do
you mean anything other than normal STDOUT+STDERR of the "wine app.exe
params..." invocation?)
