wine users - Nov 2005 - Winetools 0.9 for Debian now in the winehq Apt repository

I haven't tested it much, so let me know if it mysteriously breaks, but
winetools 0.9 is now in the winehq Apt repository.

I had to rename it 3.0.9 so it'll properly replace older versions of
winetools (2.x).  Oh well.

I think you should name it 1:0.9: the epoch will mark it as a later version, and
it's the usual way to handle such changes in version numbering scheme.
