Hi! I installed both wine-0.9.8 and wine-0.9.9 and winetools. I've installed IE 6 using winetools and IE 6 starts just fine but doesn't render any HTML pages, but instead displays a "HTML rendering is currently disabled" message. I did some searching on Google and found this message on the wine-devel mailing list: http://www.winehq.com/hypermail/wine-devel/2005/06/0775.html How do I enable HTML rendering in IE? I'm running on Linux with a 2.6.15.5 kernel. Thanks! Peace... Tom

With newer versions there are problems with many programs at the moment. But you can try to install IE6 on plain Wine using the Howto at the Application Database for IE6. Write us if you have success. Regards Joachim von Thadden -- "Never touch a running system! Never run a touching system? Never run a touchy system!!!"
