The wiki says it should take about 20 minutes per handset. Joseph L. >The wiki says it should take about 20 minutes per handset.yeah I just found that, and so I called tech support and they said to reset the gateway, and if needed to pull the battery out of the phones and power them on. I have done this and they restarted the firmware download so I will wait and see. The tech suggested sometimes the handsets can loose connectivity with the base and this happens... jlc
