Hello list, I posted a couple of tutorials lately, maybe someone can benefit from them: The first tutorial explains how to transform your Asterisk call recordings (in WAV or GSM) to lo-fi MP3 to save a lot of space. It's actually pretty easy to implement using a makefile. http://astrecipes.net/index.php?n=294 The other tutorial lets you implement a way to monitor all outgoing traffic for a set of extensions - what is nice is that it's pretty easy to implement and you can decide which extensions are monitored through the asterisck CLI without touching the extensions.conf files. http://astrecipes.net/index.php?n=293 Any comment is welcome. And feel free to vote them up on AstPligg http://oinko.net/astpligg :-) l. -- Home of QueueMetrics - http://queuemetrics.com

Converting gsm to mp3 doesn't sound like a good idea to me (sorry for the pun). -- Tzafrir Cohen icq#16849755 jabber:tzafrir at jabber.org +972-50-7952406 mailto:tzafrir.cohen at xorcom.com http://www.xorcom.com iax:guest at local.xorcom.com/tzafrir
