rspec users - May 2007 - Capistrano and RSpec

I use Capistrano for deployment, and for reasons unknown to me, "cap
migrate" requires the RSpec rake file. As RSpec is only loaded in the
test environment, the migration fails.

This may be a Capistrano question, but I figured I start here to see
if anyone else has had the same problem.
