asterisk users - Mar 2007 - PASS CORRECT CALLER ID INFO TO OFFSITE TRANSFER

I know I read how to do this somewhere but can't seem to find it again.  
I am trying to pass the caller's info when transferring to a cellphone 
or home home.  Right now the transfer works correctly but it appends my 
callerid info when I receive the call on my cell or home phone.

Any assistance is accepted.
