what is a typical server / processor / memory configuration for approx 50 user install? phone -> asterisk -> pri thanks Phil.
Hi Phil -> what is a typical server / processor / memory configuration for approx 50 > user install? > > phone -> asterisk -> priThat's exactly the requirements for one of my customers. The specs on the asterisk box I got them: Dell 1600SC, Xeon 2.8Ghz, 1GB Ram, 73GB SCSI RAID 1, running CentOS. It's already almost 2 years old, and it does quite well, with plenty of room for growth. - Noah

Here is a link to things that you should think about when deciding what hardware to buy and also some reports of what other systems could handle in their environment: http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+dimensioning Hope the link helps, Bobby>> >> >>thanks >> >> >>Phil.
