asterisk users - Nov 2006 - Unknown caller id problem

Hi

I have a * box with TE110P. When call comes in via ISDN without caller 
id information, asterisk sets the caller id as "Unknown". Is there any
way to change this? I've tried below but only works for calls with 
caller id.

$AGI->set_callerid('74442932');
