asterisk users - Jun 2006 - WG: Dialplan problem with Digium tdm04p card

hi all,
 
i'am new in the asterisk business and i have to solve following experimental
problem:

user 1 (calls number 12345) ----->pstn line ------> *FXO 1             
FXO
2*---->pstn line -------> user 2 (with number 2222)
                                                    *
* (asterisk calls 2222)
                                                    *     ASTERISK PBX

user 2 (calls number 67890) ----->pstn line ------> *FXO 3

4*---->pstn line -------> user 4 (with number 4444)

does anybody had to solve a similar problem and could show me a dialplan?
