I have an odd problem between a Nortel BCM and Asterisk (1.2.4) Zaptel ( 1.2.3). Calls all appear to be working fine, however, when someone originates a call from the PBX and the Switch returns a 486 (Busy) the PRI channel hangs in a busy state indefinitely. Subsequent to this, the PBX side shows the channels as IDLE and apparently attempts to route calls to the siezed/BUSY channels. Normal calls (those that are successful and subsequently hungup) appear to function normally. It's only when the number is BUSY that a hangup is not detected on the PRI. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. -----zapata.conf [trunkgroups] [channels] context=from-pbx signalling=pri_net switchtype=national usecallerid=yes hidecallerid=no callwaiting=yes usecallingpres=yes callwaitingcallerid=yes threewaycalling=yes transfer=no canpark=no cancallforward=yes callreturn=yes echocancel=yes echocancelwhenbridged=yes echotraining=yes relaxdtmf=yes rxgain=0.0 txgain=0.0 group=1 callgroup=1 pickupgroup=1 immediate=no busydetect=yes overlapdial=yes channel => 1-23 -- Anthony D Cennami -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
