asterisk users - Aug 2005 - Sipura SPA-1001: Bad Outgoing Call Quality

Greetings,

I have a Sipura SPA-1001. When I make outgoing calls, I have very
jittery sound. Incoming calls work fine. This wasn't the case a few
months ago, I am running head as of yesterday.

Any suggestions?
