You may want to take a look at:
https://lists.dulug.duke.edu/pipermail/yum/2005-April/thread.html#6455
Since I know you are behind an http proxy, you will either have to
work with your admins to fix/replace the proxy or create a local yum
mirror using rsync.
Also, don't put exclamation points in your requests for help (subject)
- it's just a little much.
