asterisk users - Jun 2003 - can I use Nexpath cards with * ?

We have a Nexpath phone system with 3 cards. We all really
really hate this phone system and want to move to a * based
setup.

Is there any way to salvage those cards?

They've each got one FXO and three FXS ports and seem to
be Nexpath branded. More than that I know not--other than
the boss is not excited about tossing them out due to
their original cost.
