dovecot - Aug 2010 - pigeonhole needs to ship doc/man/{reporting-bugs.inc, sed.sh}

A tarball created from current pigeonhole hg using "make dist"
doesn't
include the files doc/man/{reporting-bugs.inc,sed.sh} and fails to build 
as a result. Attached patch works for me.
