ZFS is available in the following releases:
* OpenSolaris release, build 27a and later
* Solaris Express releases
* Starting in the Solaris 10 6/06 release
If you are looking to stay with a Solaris 10 release you''ll want to
upgrade to s10 06/06 or later
you can get the latest s10 from:
http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/get.jsp

There is a "genesis patch" for 01/06 that seems to work well, also. 122640 - sparc 122641 - x86 I''m not sure why this isn''t mentioned in the FAQ.
