Workaround (how I did it with vmstat):
/usr/bin/vmstat 1 85530 | ./time.pl
where time.pl is perl script:
#!/usr/bin/perl -w
use FileHandle;
STDOUT->autoflush(1);
while ( <> ) {
chomp $_;
my @Time = localtime();
printf "%04d-%02d-%02d %02d:%02d:%02d %-100s\n", 1900 +
$Time[5], 1 + $Time[4], $Time[3], $Time[2], $Time[1], $Time[0], $_;
}
