zfs crypto discuss - May 2007 - Phase 1 task list

Hi,
    I would like to know about the current activities of the ZFS on Disk
Encryption Support. I have read about the 4 phased implementation and that
progress has been in Phase 1, where there has been an implementation of certain
tasks and some issues to be resolved. in the Links page, there is a mention of
"[b]Design documents, source patches and once we have something usable
binaries."

I have gone through the design and the other files given in the links, I would
like to know on which areas there could be some contribution from my side.
Is there going to be a Code Release or a Tar ball containing the files or will
the new files directly be a part of a Solaris release?
And whether after the release of the Code would there be a need for debugging
and enhancements in the future.
Also would like to know on when the final design document will be available and
also on the status of files.
