Hi, I have two machines with xenserver, running in the same pool with multiple virtual machines. When I try to move / copy / export from one machine to another xenserver, the message: Can not move virtual disks between SR site. Can not see required storage How do I solve this problem? I''m using version 6.0.2 Thanks a lot, for any information, Clóvis -- Clovis Tristao - UNICAMP/Faculdade de Engenharia Agricola Administrador de Redes - Secao de Informatica (SINFO) E-mail: clovis@feagri.unicamp.br http://www.feagri.unicamp.br MSN: clovis_tristao33@hotmail.com Fone: 55(19) 35211031-35211038-91173116

When you are using local storage for your VMs, you cannot migrate them in current version of XenServer (it should be possible in upcoming new versions of XenServer IIRC). You can relocate VM from local storage to another host using VM Export function after shutting it down and then import the VM on the another host. In case of using ext local storage (not LVM), you can copy virtual disks with scp between hosts and then attach them to new VM on the other host (after renaming the copied file with new UUID and SR rescan).
