Hi,
Currently there is no PV support for Infiniband despite numerous efforts
(Xen-IO, etc) to do so in the past.
However in the upcoming OFED 1.5.3 release I think Mellanox is publishing
their firmware and drivers for SR-IOV which will allow you to use
PCI-Passthrough to allow guests to access the Infiniband network natively.
