Xen users - Oct 2010 - why there''s no newest kernel-xen rpm for redhat/centos?

Hi all,
    I found there''s 2.6.32 version of kernel-xen for Fedora and Ubuntu.
    Why no this for redhat and centos.  If I''ll build xen4, I have to
compile kernel-xen manually.  That is too inconvenient.
