[Xen-users] XCP another bug in 0.5.0, XCCS ver 0.5.1 coming
Greetings all: Got another bug in XCP 0.5.0 (or at least an unannounced change in behavior :) ). Under 0.1.1, a VM that didn''t have the PV drivers installed, as well as one that had out of date PV drivers set the PV-drivers-up-to-date field to false. Under 0.5.0, a VM that doesn''t have PV drivers installed will result in PV-drivers-up-to-date being set to <not in database>. This can, under certain circumstances, cause odd behavior from the XCCS load balancer. Tomorrow or Thursday I will be releasing XCCS ver 0.5.1. 0.5.1 will have an updated load balancer that not only fixes this issue but provides more accurate load balancing as well. Also included will be number of small bug fixes, as well as a selection of whatever other goodies I can find in the out box :). As always, Xen Cloud Control System can be downloaded from http://www.xencloudcontrol.com :). -- Vern Burke SwiftWater Telecom http://www.swiftwatertel.com Xen Cloud Control System http://www.xencloudcontrol.com _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

Yes, and it can be not only true and <not in database>, but a <outdated> too (if setup in guest VM with older guest tools).
