Turn tmem (transcendent memory) support on by default. Tmem has been in-tree for about seven months, but disabled by default. Enabling it should be entirely harmless unless a running PV domain has been tmem-modified. I''d like to confirm that by enabling it now, so that it can be enabled by default for the 4.0.0 release.
