You can try to know which type/model your network device is.
Then download the device source file, make and install in your dom0 environment.
Just as in native.
btw: dom0 actually support some network devices such as e1000, etc. You need to
check whether you have selected them as default built-in options in your config.

When installing Xen, it builds a linux guest kernel of 2.6.18 as dom0, which
