Plugged up with two weeks plus of changesets again. When can we expect xen-unstable to start working again? What particular bugs are holding it up, and shouldn''t those changesets be reverted? Or should we just all start using xen-staging instead? cheers john _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel
This should be fixed now. We''re aiming to get someone dedicated to looking after the test and QA of the open source trees in the near future. -- Keir On 5/9/07 04:17, "John Levon" <levon@movementarian.org> wrote:> > Plugged up with two weeks plus of changesets again. We''ll push the staging tree manually. -- Keir _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel

Is it only particular platforms that HVM restore fails on, or is it affecting all archs ? I''m not sure of the utility of the staging tree - it doesn''t seem to stop any development, as everyone just starts using that instead... regards john _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel

We''re currently looking to fill that role. -- Keir _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel

Unfortunately our automated test didn''t see a host crash: it seems it saw a hung restored guest, there is no info in the logs, and the more recent automated test didn''t provoke the bug. The two host crashes are fixed in staging, so let''s see how it goes... -- Keir _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel
