Xen devel - Oct 2006 - [PATCH 0/2] [XENOPROF] preliminary patches for xenoprof/ia64

Now I''m porting xenoprof to Xen/IA64.
Those 2 patches are the preliminary patches which separates
x86 xenoprof files into arch indepedent/depenedent parts.
I also implemented dynamic map/unmap xenoprof buffers which is necessary
for Xen/IA64.

I have the patches which make xenoprof for xen/ia64 work,
but they are for xen-ia64-unstable.hg and can''t be applied to
xen-unstable.hg cleanly. So I''ll post them to xen-ia64-devel
separately.
However someone may want to see the ia64 part, I attched them as tar-ball.
