Hello, As you will see I''m newbye in Xen... and linux Does Xen 2.0 have specific knowned installation/configuration/restriction procedure/function for SuSe 9.1 (outside what is described on Xen'' manual) ? After Xen install & reboot I get Root-NFS: No NFS server available... Unable to mount root fs via NFS... Any suggestion? Many thanks in advance for your help (and sorry for this stupid question) Marc ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users. Are you configuring ReiserFS support into your XenLinux kernel? Cheers, Mark ---------------------------------- "Boing! Hi Marc, On Sun, Nov 28, 2004 at 07:37:21AM +0000, Marc wrote:> Mark Williamson <maw48 <at> hermes.cam.ac.uk> writes: > > Are you configuring ReiserFS support into your XenLinux kernel? > > > I had a look on Xen doc. but didn''t find where / how to configure file support > (install from bin not from source). Can you tell me more? You''ll need to recompile the xen0 kernel to include reiserfs support. Or wait for SUSE to provide experimental xen RPMs, which I have reasons to believe won''t take long :-) Regards, -- Kurt Garloff, Director SUSE Labs, Novell Inc.
