Probably a wording error that snuck in when trying to accomodate the name
change to wxWidgets.

I would suggest holding off on this. Kevin Smith is about midway into
completely replacing the existing wxRuby codebase with one that is generated
with SWIG.

Yup. My error. I intended that to be (wxWidgets OR wxWindows) 2.4.x, and 
not wxWidgets OR (wxWindows 2.4.x). I have updated the wording a bit to 
try to make this more clear.
