[Wxruby-users] For the FAQ: FileDialog default file name
On windows, the FileDialog class ignores filenames with slashes (/) as
the default file name (4th parameter).
Example scenario:
path = "c:\\temp"
name = File.join(''subdir'', ''somefile'')
#=> ''subdir/somefile''
fd = FileDialog.new(self, "Please select file to open", path, name,
"",
OPEN)
In this case you''d expect the dialog to be at
''c:\temp\subdir'' with a
default value of ''somefile'', but it just ignores the 4th param
and opens
in c:\temp.
