wine users - Jun 2012 - error 1359 with PLUSRUN.EXE

I installed Ubuntu 12.04 amd64, and then wine 1.4
All things run very well for a week.
When ubuntu 12.04 install an update of wine, start the problem!

When i start a program of "Visual Dbase Plus" wine return this error:
Impossible to load PLUSRUN.EXE error : 1359.
And the program doesn't start.

PLUSRUN.EXE is a important file of Visual Dbase Plus.

What's happen?

if i run my window's program from the terminal, it return this error:
