wine users - Sep 2009 - can not load script engine

Hi I am trying to make zipforms (WINForms) work in Wine. 

My main error is that I get the following

"can not load script engine" a lot of the fonts are missing. I read
that "This error message is caused by an unregistered, damaged, or missing
Microsoft Windows component on your compute"

Any tips I where I can begin trying to fix this problem?
