wine users - Sep 2009 - fixme:keyboard:X11DRV_GetKeyboardLayout

Is there an alternative way to get a handle to a keyboard layout, or is this a
symptom of a deeper problem (other keyboard layout related functions are also
not implemented? )

Upgrade, your version is almost a year old. Latest one is wine-1.1.29.
