wine users - Jul 2009 - DNS 10 Standard update does not install completely

Dragon NaturallySpeaking has just released an update / correction to DNS 10,
which is downloadable.
But the download doesn't install completely, with the above error. 

Any suggestions? I tried:

sh winetricks msi2
