types (win95, win98, XP among others) but with no avail. The install.exe (or
setup.exe) on the cd will not run. It opens up wine (if I choose to emulate a
desktop env) for about 8 seconds then it closes. There is no error output like
the older versions of wine used to have. If I choose not to emulate a desktop,
it simply spins the cd for 8 secs and nothing happens. I know that wine
essentially crashes because nothing is found in processes (ps -A)
