Click the "?" button at the right of the "profile" drop-down
list to set the important parameters: Video Bitrate, Audio Bitrate, Frame Rate
and Video Size.
For a high image/sound quality you can increase the value of Video/Audio
Bitirate and for a compressed file you can decrease the value.
Step 5:Click the "Convert "button to start the conversion. 
In a short while your conversion will be finished.

This spam came in via the forum site, so it'd need to be integrated with
phpbb.

Please don't put the burden on the newcomers. It's already enough with
login registration (actually several for Wine) and captchas (one of them I
remember being very hard and I had to wait for a day or so to get a
registration).

- Is it not possible for the moderators to delete a message (being clearly
spam)?

- how about a tag system allowing any registered user to tag a message as spam.
After, say 4 spam tags, the message would be deleted (or put on hold for
moderation)?

actually, it's the first time I see a SPAM post since I've been visiting
the forum more regularly, in the last weeks. So, from my side it looks like you
guys are doing quite a good job :-) Thanks!

If you are happy with your cleaning system, I would say, IMHO, don't touch
it.
