wine users - Mar 2009 - Kodak image scroll slagging

Hi,

I have installed Wine 1.1.17 in Ubuntu 8.10.

I have installed in Celeron 1100 MHz (256 ram).

When I try to scroll the image in Kodak image control in Vb application, it
takes time to move, like slagging effect.

Do I have to do any display driver related problem. As in same pc in WXp
it does not take time to scroll.
