wine users - Mar 2009 - Error when running Euraconf and is there a serial-port

Hi!

I need a software called EuraconfR4 running. Its a configuration programm for an
ISDN-telekommunikation-box which is connected via the serial-port.

First I got the questions: Can I use the serial port in wine?

When I start the program with

wine EuraconfR4.exe

 I get the error:

Can anybody help me?
