Hi, I'm trying to get the Battlefield 1942 demo to work. The game runs, and I can start a game. but all the graphics are messed up. The ground is black, weapons and vehicles are blue and missing parts. I installed DirectX 9 but it changed nothing. Any ideas? Thanks! The problem is likely to do with your video card and drivers, the game works perfectly with nvidia hardware.

The game "Cube" (www.cubeengine.com/cube.php4) runs perfectly. Of course, it uses OpenGL and not DirectX... Does anyone know of a small download that can test DirectX? Thanks.
