wine users - Jun 2008 - Help needed with font installation

Using latest Wine 64, Ubnutu Hardy 64, PS CS2 9.0.2. Trying to install Adobe
fonts, (in C:/windows/fonts) but not recognized by Wine /Photoshop. Thanks to
anyone that can let me know what (most likely something obvious) thing I'm
overlooking!

Not sure, but think you need to install fontforge. 
sudo apt-get install fontforge

Tried FontForge.... still no new fonts. Anybody out there have an idea as to why
fonts aren't showing in PS CS2? Install issue? Permissions? Wrong folder?
Anything?
