wine users - May 2008 - CLSID Problem!

I have this program that I want to install in wine during installation I get
message Execptio checking for desktop shortcut: Retrieving the COM class factory
for component with CLSID
{72C24DD5-D70A-438B-8A42-9842B88AFB8} - failed due to the following error:
800004002, at bt.a(String A_0, String A_1). How do I fix this do I need to
enable the CLSID key or install anything I have wine-tricks installed also. Any
help would be appreciated.
