wine users - May 2008 - wine 9.59 alsa package

hello
I installed wine from wine-0.9.59.tar.bz2 
Do i need install other packages yet ?or do that file installed all packages ?
I will be thankfull if you let me know where i can find other packages like
libwine-alsa for this version of wine ?

What distro are you using?

Distro is debian ,but my debian source has wine 9.25 packages .
