wine users - Mar 2007 - Ham radio application error

I'm attempting to run a ham radio app called DX4WIN in Wine.  Install
seems to be just fine.  Running the app executable results in the
following error:
"vichw11.sys missing from windows\system32\drivers, please copy file to
that location"

The install correctly puts the file in that location so obviously there
is another issue.  I believe this is a device driver for
serial/parallel ports which is used heavily in the app.  Any
suggestions on this one?  Thanks!!

Update:
Can't believe I left this out:
Running 0.9.29 on Ubuntu 6.0.6LTS
For those familiar with DX4WIN, it's version 7.02.
