wine users - Jun 2005 - administrator privileges

Hi,
I'm trying to install MS SQL Server 2000. I'm using wine-20050524 on
Fedora Core 3 (x86).

When I run setupsql.exe I get the following error:
"In order to run setup the logged on account must have administrator
privileges"

So, how do I run a program under wine with administrator privileges?
