wine users - Sep 2004 - MDAC - Dreamweaver

When I try to install Dreamweaver,it tells me it needs MDAC 2.6 to be installed,
but when I try to install the package it tells me that it needs IE 4.01
sp2 or greater.

Has someone any idea what the problem can be?
