wine users - Aug 2003 - Problems with XP - DLLs not found - long

I have wine-20030813, linux Mandrake 9.1 with kernel 2.4.20-wolk and WinXP
on other partition (/dev/hda1). In most cases when I try to launch an
application, I get output like this:

What's wrong? All these not-found DLLs are in C:\windows\system32, i.e.
/mnt/windows/system32. My wine config file is:

You should use a fake windows  installation, as it gives you more chances of
success, windows xp won't work well with wine. If you want to use a real
windows
installation, use winesetuptk to configure wine correctly. Winesetuptk can also
make a fake windows installation for you.

windows 95, 98 and me. The ideal solution for you would be a fake windows
installation.

If it's in the console, and DC++ is a gui program, it's a wine error.
