I've conpiled and sinstalled wine on my LFS-4.0 system. No i have the following problems: -Quake III Arena: no sound -Starcraft: no sound, and total failure of the mouse and keyboard, even capslock didn't function anymore. Winamp has sound but the main window wasn't displaying correctly. The equaliser and playlest editor were working fine. I use Wine-20030709, X and alsa drivers for my sb-16 ISA I don't have my configuration files here, but can anybody help me? Regards, cedric
Quake arena 3 has a native linux version, I think you can download the demo get the complete game by activating it with your cd key, see the ID software web site. Try running starcraft in desktop mode, you may also want to try wine-20030813.
