wine users - Jul 2003 - Altera Max+Plus Synthesis freezes

Hello all,

when I run "wine max2syn.exe -h", it prints 24 lines of help on the 
console and then it freezes without any message. I can't "Ctrl+C"
it,
only "Ctrl+Z" and "killall wine" works.

The same situation looks when I run "max2synw.exe -g" (GUI) and it
runs
max2syn externally during synthesis - it prints some lines and then freezes.

Have somebody met this behaviour ? What should I set to run it correctly ?
