wine users - Jul 2002 - Problems with wine. Can't start any program

Hi,
since a few weeks I can't start any program with wine. Undependent which 
version of wine I use. I have als tried the codeweavers version.  I always 
get the following errors:

wine: Unhandled exception, starting debugger...
err:seh:EXC_DefaultHandling Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 
0x40291057
Wine failed with return code 1

What could be the problem source?
