wine users - Mar 2001 - sound conflict/wine

Hi!

Using wine 20000109 I notice a slightly annoying problem with wine
when trying to launch Forte Agent:

As long as any sound is played under linux, Forte Agent (or perhaps
any other windows program?) doesn't start. I have to stop all sound
and then wine launches Forte Agent.

Why is that so, and is there a command line parameter to solve that
issue?
