webgen users - Oct 2005 - meta tags: default values and arrays

Some questions about webgen:

   1. Is there a way to specify global values to meta tags that can be
      optionally overridden on a per page basis.
   2. Is there a structure like a tag but that con hold an array instead
      of a string?
      how do you reference it in a template?
